The prosecution has been adamant that they did not know the identity of "jump kick man".

I have always thought it weird that no one was able to ID this guy.

Might be grounds for a case of malicious prosecution...

I was wondering the same. It would be something if the judge ruled on the mistrial with prejudice motion in the defense’ favor and cite this as one of many issues.
