There was an earlier video of a phone call wherein the caller was trying to verify why his friend was denied the meds.

After initial denials that it was race based the staff clarified that the meds are "prioritized" based on "High Risk Groups", which are listed as Black, Hispanic, over 65, BMI over 24, etc....
