Seems “winred” is also the conduit for people I would otherwise support. Will not give a single dime to any party organization, but hard to give direct to candidates. Ideas anyone ?

Agree. WinRed sends money to many establishment politicians. They will not support a candidate challenging the entrenched politician.
Send money to the individual candidates.

One reason I don’t support the NRSC is just for this. I send back their forms telling them I will not give money to them because they support people, like Murkowski, who stab us in the back!

Every candidate I have supported in the past has had a “donate” button prominently displayed on their campaign site. Not sure I understand your question.
