I agree entirely. However, because of how screwed up universities are these days, he will likely have a hard time getting admitted to a nominally 'top tier' university. Reform of 'higher education' is a huge priority, and there are very good weapons the right administration can use - starting with rules for getting federal grants, and loss of tax-free status.
