No DA on the planet is charging Baldwin with murder or any sort of manslaughter negligent or otherwise for this.
Even in the deepest of red districts he would not be charged for this incident.
He’s an arrogant arse, but legally him pointing a prop gun he was told was safe by people who’s job it is to make sure it’s safe, isn’t going to get him a murder or manslaughter criminal charge.
