There’s a good reason Biden wandered about at the summit......everybody there knows what he says can’t be taken seriously because they know he’s not right in the head. HE can’t and shouldn’t be trusted in anything he says.
Putin earlier this month argued that the U.S. is to a certain degree to blame for the gas shortages in Europe, contending that America’s decrease in supplies has been “the cause of panic.”
He’s not wrong.
