The superintendent of Loudoun County Public Schools sent a brief, confidential email to school board members on May 28 — the same day a female student at Stone Bridge High School said she was sexually assaulted in a bathroom.
In an email provided to WTOP by the school system, Superintendent Scott Ziegler alerted the board that the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was investigating the incident, but provided few details.
The school board is often notified of major incidents at schools, but rarely given the specifics or told about who is involved because the board may be involved in student disciplinary actions.
“The purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding an incident that occurred at Stone Bridge HS. This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom. The LCSO is investigating the matter,” Ziegler wrote.

The State or County Attorney (whichever is applicable) needs to move to place the school board under receivership and appoint someone who isn’t a POS to oversee this “board”.

This guy lied about the assault, and when the father of the child raped got upset about it, he had him arrested.
When this was first reported, the story line was that the matter would be dealt with ‘in house’. The superintendent’s e-mail says it was being investigated by the sheriff. If the sheriff’s office was notified, there should be some sort of record confirming it. If the superintendent is lying, he should be finished. If he in fact contacted the sheriff the same day, then the sheriff might have some explaining to do.

The Superintendent appears to have been more upset over the parent going to the school and his being lambasted by the father, than with the actual rape.
He went to pick up his daughter that day at the school. He was called in because of the rape. The principal told him they would handle it in house. He said hell no and got mad. They then called the police on him. The sheriff didn’t arrest him but took him and the girl to get a rape test done. Where it was confirmed.
They then arrested the rapist and he got out on bond. The schools moved the kid to another school where he did the same thing to another girl.

The only problem with that is the commonwealth’s attorney for Loudoun County, Buta Biberaj, is a Soros justice socialist, and the commonwealth AG, Mark Herring, is a big lib.
Both of them, however, will prosecute the father of the raped girl for terrorist threats, even though he didn’t make any.

Not sure what the big deal here is. This is a PUBLIC SCHOOL and it is paid for and run by the government. Why are people expecting anything better?
Not much. He is a juvenile. They didn’t mention the other school he was transfered to or the other victim. But his sentance is due shortly.
BTW the “fact” that he likes to pretend he is a girl is an interesting question. I am sure they have video of him in school and video of him entering the girls bathroom at the time it allegedly happened. So they should be able to see what he wears. Stone bridge has incredible security as do all loudoun schools.

Unlike everyone else in that school I.E.P. students have special rights. The fact that they have these special rights cannot be disclosed to the public.
By law the Superintendent was required to report the assault to law enforcement...when was that done? He should be fired and prosecuted.
Well in this county at least. You can’t release anything about a juvenile that is charged. Unless they charge them as an adult. Then all comes out. The dad was on a gag order. Typically if the dad didn’t do what he did, no one would know.
