I am confused. Was the conviction overturned? I thought the conviction stands but the court was ordered to re-sentance.

I am confused. Was the conviction overturned? I thought the conviction stands but the court was ordered to re-sentance. I believe the third degree murder conviction was tossed. The manslaughter conviction still stands. His sentence will be reduced as a result.
