Companies are already firing employees. Are these AG doing anything to protect workers or just doing a CYA lawsuit? Seems like the target here should be businesses enforcing a non existent mandate. But that would require the GOP to actually do something.
That should be the company's decision. I think that government mandates that corporations must require vaccines are just as bad as government mandates that corporations can't require vaccines. Both are government overreach.
Right to work laws mean you can be fired for any reason.

If the GOP wants to survive, they had better start looking at workers rights, not corporate rights.
States should be more aggressively setting out worker protection and guidance to companies against mandates, especially where there are no approved drugs. It is wrong to say there is one, which turns out to not be in production and not available in the US.
States could more aggressively aid in helping with religious and medical exemptions--our civil rights, our medical privacy, and our medical choice.
Yes, they need to do more and their inaction speaks volumes. These discussion of lawsuits is a bit of CYA.
