My mother passed from sepsis some 10 years ago.....Started with a UTI which is quite common from what I understand.

My ex girlfriend told me the sepsis, MRSA, and C Diff were problems in the hospital...

My mother died of sepsis the week Trump was elected. It started as a urinary tract infection, and then it got into her bladder which is a bacterial promised land. Then up through the ureters into the kidneys and home free in the blood. It happened several times in her last few months. A course of strong antibiotics would knock it down but ultimately it was a losing battle.
The organism that causes UTI is e Coli. Interesting trivia, feces is at least 50 % e Coli by weight. Improper hygiene is a contributing factor. Sounds like Bill wasn’t keeping Willie clean enough. Gots to wash da peepee. This leads to the conclusion that Hillary is not the only Clinton who wears Depends. Just saying.

UTIs are common in the elderly. They can cause temporary dementia.
But clear up the UTI and you clear up the dementia.
