I don’t think an apology is acceptable at this point. This isn’t a case of no harm/no foul. Not even close.
Also believe the prosecutor needs to be drawn and quartered, or at least step down after prosecuting Mr. Smith.
The parent was prosecuted? What i n the world for? If thsi is true- He can add this into his pain and suffering charge and demand more money for his daughter who had to suffer even more because they arrested the father-
