Couric admitted in her memoir that she believed the then-83-year-old just was too “elderly and probably didn’t fully understand the question.” Couric further described her struggle with putting her journalistic integrity over “personal politics,” saying she faced a “conundrum” when it came to the celebrated feminist Justice, believing that her comments were “unworthy of a crusader for equality.” Arrogance that is off the charts and beyond description.

“Elderly, and didn’t understand the question “
But at the same time sharp enough to decide cases on the Supreme Court.

Ginsberg was and Old School progressive: She wanted to be able to ignore the Constitution when it suited her; but, she recognized the necessity of keeping the nation intact to preserve her own power.

Well, this is the person who in about 1993 or 1994, as some allege, ended an interview with a black female Atlanta police officer recovering from a gunshot injury in a rather abrupt manner when the officer said that criminals will always be able to get guns, regardless of how strict the gun control laws are.

Katie should focus on her own blind spots. Like that one where it makes her think she’s a journalist when in reality she’s a hack.

The comment makes me respect Ginsberg more than Couric, and that tells you something about how low Couric is.

I've heard that whore's name but have never seen her perform. But she sounds like everybody else in media, viz. they orchestrate and fabricate their own version of news without even the pretense of objectivity.
That's why I get my news from FR.

If I were a sitting Supreme Court Justice, and I were being interviewed, I would
insist on the right to examine and approve (or not approve) the transcript before publication / distribution.

Couric says she “believed” 83-year-old RBG “didn’t fully understand the question” when she disparaged kneelers.
To Couric’s disturbed thinking, RBG had COMMITTED a mortal sin.
Couric wasn’t gonna let that be known.
So Couric resorted to the ol’ reliable leftie standby........censorship.

...Couric admitted she edited comments from Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for her 2016 interview to protect her from severe public backlash.Editing comments without permission is a sneaky and cowardly thing to do. Is Couric proud of that despicable action?

Couric edited 9 hours of interviews with Palin down to 20 minutes to make Palin look like an idiot. She even spliced in Palin’s answers to totally different questions to make it look like Palin gave an answer totally unrelated to the question.
So, why would anyone be surprised that she would edit other interviews to get the results she wanted?
