I said yesterday that Manchin would settle for 2 tril.

I also noted that originally the Dems asked for 2.3 Tril and that's down to 1.2 tril. So add 2 tril to 1.2 tril and they get more than they asked for to start with....they'll get 3.2......after asking for 2.3. Clever...

I'd say this was the plan all along.
