Better off not to attract Californians to your state. They will only be there for business reasons. And soon, you will have the Texas problem.
Evey day in Austin, I see more cars on the highway and in grocery store parking lots with CA and ny plates. That combined with the illegals invading, plus the 30k Haitian invasion, not long before TX turns blue..... Beto now wants to run for governor..... If TX goes, the country goes.
