What did Mars ever do to merit having liberals dumped on them? :P

I propose Mercury instead.

He should get rabies shots anyway. It can be transmitted through the mouth or eyes not just bites. Rabies is nearly always fatal and can be dormant for years before it goes acute.

I have a friend who did rabies research. It’s much more common in wild animals now than in the past because of Hav-A-heart traps. People trap rabid animals and move them into new areas.

Mercury has not yet been designated by NASA as a “safe” planet.

Lefties love stuff that is “safe”.

;-)

Could have been worse; coyotes aren't anywhere near the top of the food chain.

We have a pack of coyotes living down in the green zone behind our neighborhood. They run through the yards every night. Every time the fire trucks roll out of the firehouse down the block and crank up the sirens the whole pack starts howling.

Not so much coydogs as coywolves.

10 % dog, 25% wolf and 65% coyote.

We have lots of coyotes where I live, and we have no problems with them. I wonder why? It could not possibly have anything to do with the fact that we shoot them.

Coyotes, wolves and dogs all breed and produce viable offspring.

They probably should be considered on gigantic, highly variable, species.

The common reason given for the problem, as explained in the Canadian press, is the feeding of coyotes by humans.
This habituates coyotes to humans and associates humans with food. It is a contributor. This is not a new problem. It has been studied extensively.

The primary reason is *not* people feeding coyotes. It is the increase in the coyote population beyond the available food supply.

Feeding the coyotes is NOT the problem, it is the over supply of coyotes resulting from the feeding of the coyotes.

They can’t make the connection in thinking.

I would not doubt humans ARE feeding them...I watched “human” adults let their kids feed raccoons from their cars in Stanley park. Some people are stoopid.

Feeding them is part of the problem.

It is not the source of the problem.

Allow humans to harvest coyotes in the urban areas.

The problem would be solved quickly and cheaply.

Why TF would you ever want to “move” a pest animal like a coyote?

That’s like moving rats or feral hogs around.

Shame that Cunucks are subjects and not citizens who are allowed by God to defend themselves.
