Until then, we had his back.
Look at the Democrats. They value loyalty. Even if the person is flawed. They always have his back. We owed Dubya the same even though he made mistakes during his Presidency. At least until he made comments about Trump in public.
Look at the “rewards” Bush gets for this: no one in the media pushes him on the disastrous policies that cooked up the longlasting disastrous messes in Iraq and Afghanistan; like a painted lady, he can tour the liberal world whose nightly pay is to be recognized as a celebrated politician who “crosses the aisle”; his daughter gets employed by the NBC Today Show as their anchor; his wife, with her questionable background, is treated as some kind of savant; and although a congenital idiot, he will be recognized as a useful one by the Dems and will be promoted as Mr. Wise Man who does their dirty work. I always had suspicions about the Bush family and the reality now shines through. They were a plague on the Republican Party and our beloved President Reagan’s biggest mistake was in picking the one-term congressman and bureaucratic placeholder as his VP. Nancy Reagan had it right - she would never invite them to the White House for a private dinner.
We? Speak for yourself. Some of us knew during this stooges presidency he was nothing but an open border, America last, globalist.
I hate to break it to you but W has been saying this kind of crap for quite a few years now. When Obama was president Bush Jr. only opened his mouth to talk crap about "Deplorables", never Obama. Bush is scum.
