These fall onto General Under Honorable Conditions or General. General and Dishonorable would be a disgrace but maybe the new military would go there.

Dishonorable didn’t stand for anthrax discharges but BCD did I know four people from my old unit who got BCD for refusing anthrax all four lost their appeals. A BCD is like a misdemeanor you can still own fire arms and vote with a BCD it looks bad on a resume but then again to some it was a badge of honor to refuse the anthrax course.

Agreed. I resigned my commission a couple years prior to 9/11. My brother in Law joined the Marines in 97 and was part of the Afghanistan action, keeping F/18s flying. He and a number of pilots resisted the experimental shots, but some caved due to UCMJ threats. The ones who didn’t cave were able to fight the General Discharge to honorable.
