They unabashadly place their commissars in agencies they control, purge opponents and unapologetically make policy.Sadly Trump never learned to wield those levers effectively. It began with the disasterous appointment of Sessions. He failed to control the Department of Justice, State, the military and the security agencies ( FBI,CIA and NSA). He never purged his opponents and they undermined his Presidency from beginning to end. You would think Trump learned something from the Sicilians he worked with for thirty years in the NYC construction business.
