WSJ reporting USGS mag 7.4, Mexico's National Earthquake service says 6.9. Located within 30 miles of Acapulco. Mexico earthquake alert system went off before the quake.

Big ones. And sandy, soft soil makes everything sway, sometimes fall over. If you’re in an earthquake, best to be on a big rock, like San Francisco’s Nob Hill.
