Yes, he is. The pretty boy realizes that he benefited from created votes for Joe Xiden in Allegheny County and barely made it over the finish line.

His USMC Veteran Shtick consisted of 14 months as a direct enlistment as a JAG officer pushing legal papers in the Club Med location of Okinawa.

Too many of his constituents have caught on to his phony centerpiece of strutting around in his USMC dress whites as if he is the equal to Sean Parnell so the only thing left to do is to take the show on the road to a bigger pool of potential constituents who have not.

Many Republican Vets are interventionist McCain types. And Democrat vets are insufferably sanctimonious. I would prefer an entrepreneur.

It doesn’t look like he has any serious competition so this could well lock it up for him.

Trump chose the Army combat veteran of the war in Afghanistan over loyalist Carla Sands, a former ambassador in his administration and generous campaign contributor. The former president also chose Parnell over one of his leading grassroots supporters, Kathy Barnette.
Not to second-guess our most recent POTUS, but, ya dance with the one whut brung ya. He's done pretty well identifying the candidate with the best prospect, but some of the people he has picked have been unreliable or even nevertrumpers.

“We need as many vets in congress as we can get. They have a unique experience that will help what this country is about to face.”

Colonel Lindsey Graham (USAF). Reporting for duty.

*Not to be confused with John Kerry (Who served in Vietnam).
