Western civilization went through a Reformation and an Enlightenment and as a result ended slavery and torture, established the principles of individual liberty, freedom of individual belief and religious tolerance. Islam has remained rooted in 6th century tribalism and tolerates if not condones barbarism. Afghanistan will revert back to its tribal state and be a cultural dung heap
Have you taken a look at our culture lately? I’m not so sure Sharia law wouldn’t be an improvement.
It is the Judeo-Christian ethic... thou shalt not lie, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not murder,... that brought about Western civilization. The simple fact that you could leave your house in the morning and come home that evening with nothing stolen. Without that, civilization is impossible.
