Being such a very high profile, hyper politicized deal, and having spent so much time in the pokey already, with the release conditions being no internet, you’d think he’d be smarter than to watch MyPillow Guy’s Cyber Symposium on his phone.
However, he may have went to Wal-Mart and paid cash for a pre-paid phone for the express purpose of watching the Symposium.
Hanging out in the garage with the garage door open, smoking cigarettes, drinking beer and talking to friends is a common practice, at least among my ancestors, so they could have walked up on him during that.
They probably had google(maker of android) tracking his phone or they were doing it themselves so they knew exactly when he got on the web and then went to his house. The lame symposium was hours long. Gave them plenty of time.
