First of all it is not a “3rd party” audit. It is an audit conducted by the legislature. That they chose professional audits as their agents does not change that fact. If a court orders and audit it is done by a third part credible professional organization.
Second, who gave her the authority to over-rule the constitutional power of the legislature in presidential elections.

If I am correct, it is not in the AG’s power to do so. The State Senate is entirely in charge of this issue, and the elections board must comply. But, laws are for the peasants, and not for the always honest leftist elite. Hope the people of Colorado are happy with their overlords.

Nothing in politics is permanent - if the people of Colorado want audits, audits will return. Soros is bad enough, but let's not make him out to be some sort of deity - he and his stooges can get nothing done if enough of the people don't agree.
