Last week, a California parole board voted to allow the release of Sirhan Sirhan, the Palestinian immigrant to shot and killed Sen. Robert F. Kennedy.
The decision to accept the parole board’s recommendation now goes to the governor — who could be Gov. Gavin Newsom, or a replacement, if Newsom loses the Sep. 14 recall election and does not decide on the parole before he leaves.
Early reports about the parole mentioned that members of the Kennedy family supported Sirhan Sirhan’s application. But far more members of the Kennedy family oppose it. The Los Angeles Times reports that they were shocked by the decision.
As they should be. Sirhan Sirhan murdered Kennedy in cold blood.
Sirhan has been in prison for more than half a century. He was lucky to escape the death penalty. Now, left-wing reformist zeal could see him released. But paroling him would be an obscenity.

The election wasn’t “stolen” (though, as I’ve written, it was unfree and unfair).

Y’know, I don’t really care.
We should have executed him at the time.
Since we didn’t, this is what happens.
Yep....
People are so gullible. Sirhan didn’t kill R Kennedy any more than L Oswald killed J Kennedy.

They paroled Hinkley
So who killed RFK?
Next, Kali will dig up Charlie Manson and parole him.
Pretty much my take on it too.
California routinely lets people out of prison for murdering multiple people and sometimes in as little as four years.
Sirhan has been in prison for a good fifty years now and there is no compelling reason to keep him there any longer.
Just because he was convicted of killing a Kennedy is not a reason to treat him worse than the murderers who did far worse.
Seriously, the Kennedy family spearheaded the liberal leniency for murderers...why should they expect special treatment for anyone who murders one of their own? Who the hell do they think they are?
If Sirhan killed a random nobody he would have been out in half the time. I’m sure RFK was a nice guy but his life isn’t twice as a valuable as a regular American.
Might as well parole Mark David Chapman and the Manson girls.
Sirhan Sirhan should never see the light of day. I’m a just world he should have been executed a long time ago. And f those lib grandchildren of RFK. The
Kennedy was a prominent politician but Sirhan has served 50 years. Ashli Babbit was a veteran and her murderer serves no time.
Such hypocrisy.
SPJNK.
He should die in prison..........................
Rosie Greer?..................
Premeditated murder should never have a parole option, period.
