Yeh, Taliban is broke. And, they have no technical skills or business and finance acumen. That’s why when they all of a sudden looked around and saw the brain drain taking place and that all their knowledge and skilled people were leaving they put a stop to it.
I’m guessing they’ll have to turn to China to prop them up. Of course, There’s always a price for doing business with the Chinese. Will be interesting to watch for sure.
Out of the pan, into the fire. The Taliban realized the mistake to late. The United States never raped their resources and left them with environmental disasters. The Chinese will have no problem with that. That’s why the Taliban requested diplomatic relations, too late. You can’t shoot people in the streets if you want to deal with the west. They closed off their future, now they have only the Chinese.
