That’s what Obama did for ISIS if you recall. He loaded up the troops in Iraq with large stockpiles of weapons and equipment, including several thousand new humvees. Then announced their withdrawal on date certain. As if by command the Iraqi army abandoned all of it as ISIS swept into the country and seized it along with 2/3 of Iraq.
Just like that ISIS became the best equipped army in the Middle East.
None of this is unplanned, Biden wasn’t paid off and selected for nothing.
