No question, she makes the statement that the last 4 Presidents made mistakes in Afghanistan, what she fails to mention is she was a major part of one of those Presidential Administrations.....so she is just as responsible as everyone else....
.
She’s an Idiot, and I predicted she and Colin would blame Trump, as they always do.
Go away.
Like nation building, holding ground and not holding a fire to Pakistan?
The last four presidents???
Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden — those four???
Meaning her own boss, “W”, made mistakes?
Not to be flippant, but did Bush make mistakes based on her advice as National Security Advisor and then Secretary of State????? She was a key part of the Bush team which made mistakes. Is that what she is saying????
Rules of Engagement with Muslims -
If Infidels are present, Sunni with unite with Shi’a sects to enslave (physical, sex, monetary), convert, and annihilate all Infidels.
If no Infidels present, Sunni will turn against Shi’a until one or the other is enslaved or annihilated.
The rising population of Muslims over 1200 years shows the effectiveness of their tactics.
All the denizens of the Swamp are now looking to blame the people they supported. Predictable.
Rice argued in the op-ed, however, that 20 years in Afghanistan is not enough, saying more time in the country would have “served our strategic interests.”
She didn’t make enough yet off all the corruption and graft I need to steal more.
Shut up CR you Obama voter
Speaking of “searing our memory”..
W people, including W, should understand “we don’t CARE what you think. You had your chance and you screwed us big time. Now, go away. And forgawdssake, take Jeb with you.”
Go away, NeoCon.
useful idiot.
Wonder just when Rice and Powell knew that Bin Laden had left Afghanistan and was given comfortable refuge in Pakistan.
Auntie Tom.
Yep, the biggest mistake was handing over the operation in Afghanistan to Rice and her State Dept wonks before military operations were really finished. The resulting ROEs that she initiated resulted in killed / maimed soldiers.
“sear our national memory”
“seared in my memory...” Has a familiar ring to it.
Prick.
She's, perhaps, the first person to accept at least part of the blame for this fiasco. I've always liked her a lot, even though I disagree with her on some issues, including this one.
Afghanistan is an amalgam of autonomous tribes. The Taliban simply melted back into their own tribes when Bush's armies showed up, and now they've come back.
She is a prick
