France's controversial vaccine passport came into full effect on Monday, even as restaurant staff said they did not plan on enforcing the law amid a growing backlash.
Anyone looking to enter a bar, restaurant or café, or board a long-distance train or plane, now has to scan a QR code showing proof of vaccination, a recent negative Covid-19 test, or a certificate confirming they have recovered from the disease within the last six months.

Don’t get me wrong, I HATE the idea of a “vaccine passport” but good grief, AT LEAST they are acknowledging those that have had Covid and recovered. The CDC and Dr. phoni can’t even get that right and the FRENCH at least figured that much out. Sheesh.
