If the concerns are “DA GUVNA IZ GOINZ TO PUTZ US IN DA CAMPS.” Then yes, their concerns are invalid.
If the concerns are “a physical exam should always be necessary” or “the governor doesn’t have this specific power.” Fine. Have that argument.
There are numerous people in this thread who have explicitly or implicitly indicated the former rather than the later.
The later is a valid discussion to have, the former is just crazy.
It seems you do not understand the irony in your stated position, ergo those whose positions you deem “invalid” are necessarily “crazy”.
While I believe you have manifestly demonstrated a propensity to erroneously assign opinions and motivations to others, as well as repeatedly invoke any number of logical fallacies, I do not presume to assume your behavior falls within a DSM stipulated disorder.
I would encourage you to consider current events and their implications in an historical context. It is not an unfounded conspiracy theory to state the Nazis, communists and other tyrants - including currently within our own nation - have abused declarations of mental impairment to detain those in opposition to their dictates; often sending the “impaired” for “quarantine” in hastily constructed camps.
Though I am not saying that is Governor Lee’s intent, I cannot totally dismiss as “invalid” the concerns of those who see historical parallels, for to do so is to be ignorant of both history and the innate tendency of those with power to abuse said power unless otherwise constrained.
I fully expect that to happen in states across the country come cold and flu season.
So I am preparing.

That isn’t truth. You are flailing at a hypothetical based on an assumption and conspiracy theory.
The truth is that nothing in the law changed other than a suspension of the in person exam requirement.
Maybe you deem the in-person exam requirement an absolute prerequisite. Ok. That’s fine. Have that debate. However, that’s not really what you are angry at.
You are also creating a strawman. No one ever said that anyone who held any position that I think is invalid is “crazy.”
I said “Qtardism” is “crazy.” It’s protected “crazy” that wouldn’t rise to the level of authorizing a detention under the law, it’s still “crazy.”
There is no irony there, because “crazy” has more than one meaning.
It would be ironic if I called for Qtards to be placed into camps, but I haven’t done so.
The only thing I’m pointing out is that when people start pulling out the wild conspiracy theories without taking the slightest bit of time or putting in the slightest bit of effort to see what the law actually says, do incredible damage to their own cause.

It is past time to take a stand and start questioning and hold those in political leadership accountable. All elected officials who have the privilege of serving the public but are negligent should be removed from office through recall (think Newsome), voting or legal action. That goes for all the people like Fauci who stay afloat at the taxpayer's expense who should have been fired from their job long ago.

Despite any changes in technology or other living conditions, human nature is still human nature. Though I am not so arrogant to predict the future beyond what the Holy Bible states clearly, I suspect things will get worse before they get better. Far too many Americans no longer appreciate the cost of freedom or the requisite vigilance to maintain it.
