Since when does a medical examiner make the decision to cremate the body of a person who is not indigent and has living family members, including her husband? I thought that was a family decision?

The state owns your property as well as your life and body. It’s becoming more apparent every day.

When the questions arises: “Who killed Ashli?”

My response: “The undertaker”

I suppose there is some chance that Aaron Babbitt approved the cremation. If so, big mistake.

Since COVID. The greatest gift to aspirational dictators of all time.

Sorry, the presence of COVID in the universe sets aside all previous laws and agreements. The mask/lockdown/social distancing must be continued at least through the November 2022 elections in order to establish machine ratification of whatever the Democrat brain trust decrees.

When Mom passed away in NC My sister handled the details one of which was cremation. She is in the Raleigh area, I’m by Charlotte, NC and our Brother is in Arkansas. He and I had to go to a local Funeral Homes and sign a form faxed from the FH in Raleigh to those local FH’s that All Parties were consenting that We (Family) all agreed to the cremation. Then the completed form was faxed back the Raleigh FH.

It’s a NC State Law.
