Nope.

SCOTUS did not rule that way.

SCOTUS ruled that they WOULD NOT OVERTURN the ban in place.

In his CONCURRING opinion Kavanaugh stated a rule against was unnecessary as it was set to expire in July 31st. Then he cautioned that it would require an act of congress beyond that to violate the 4th and 5th amendment prohibitions against taking without just compensation.

But his VOTE on the case was to preserve the CDC authority.

The same tactics the OBummer Administration used when a court issued a ruling they didn't like. Ignore it and order the un-Constitutional activity to continue.

Gee, who advised Dementia Joe on this one? Probably no one other than OBummer himself.
