making “demonstrably false and misleading statements” to courts, lawmakers and the public is something Dims do all the time.

Well, of course they would say that. It’s New York after all. If Giuliani had said that 1+1 = 2, New York would say that’s demonstrably false because in binary math 1+1 = 10.
