A Harvard-educated physician alleged she was demoted after her colleagues discovered her social media posts criticizing leftist movements and rhetoric.
Dr. Tara Gustilo, who is a woman of color, claimed she was demoted from her role as chairwoman of the OB-GYN department for the Hennepin Healthcare system in Minneapolis because of social media posts she made criticizing the rhetoric of Black Lives Matter and critical race theory....
..."Some of my colleagues saw my posts and decided that I was no longer fit to be chair of the department," she said, adding that she has spent her career trying to create a "multicultural and inclusive care environment."
Many of Gustilo's colleagues responded to her personal opinions by accusing her of being racist, having a mental breakdown, and of being unfit to lead her team, she said, noting that her employer lied about her performance to justify her demotion since it knew it could not penalize her for merely having political opinions it didn't like.

hello tara, this is not about race. its marxism. racism is just their weapon.
It’s stunning how many highly educated professionals are buying into this very negative, very intolerant way of thinking. Disent is not allowed. That feature alone should be ringing alarm bells with these people.
Instead, they become just another mindless drone in the hive.
Proving once again it is not about race, or sex, and surely not free and open debate. It is about conformity to ideology. Even a bi-racial woman, who is double-ranked on the totem pole of people who have experienced systemic discrimination can’t survive unless they adhere to the orthodoxy.
The party is everything; the individual is nothing. Ethnic minorities should remember that ultimately their skin color will mean nothing. Nor will sexual orientation or social status. The party will consume them all. Now that the Marxists are out of the closet, it’s not too soon to start preaching this reality to our liberal friends.

Evil forces make mountains out of mole hills. Who cares about what someone says on Facebook? Only people consumed by evil forces who find Marx as attractive, Pope John Paul II as despicable and the Bible as horrible.
for some time now BLM has sought to erase ‘bi-racial’. It’s demanded that people only identify with the black self or the minority self. Just like the messicans, who are white with a sprinkling of indigenous, disregard over 500 years of racial mixing with Europeans left few true indigenous lines remaining. BLM encourages the younger generation to reject their uniqueness.
It’s truely damaging to a generation, and to their children, whose grandparents (and sometimes great grandparents) thought ‘they’ were being progressive and forward-thinking by marrying into another race. Only to be denied existence, much less credit and their children denied freedom to express their individual perspectives less the BLM label them ‘uncle toms’ or somesuch.
