Will be smashed to bits or tossed into a concrete foundation upon re-entering Iraq.
The Gilgamesh Dream Tablet was seized by law enforcement agents from Hobby Lobby’s Washington, D.C.-based Museum of the Bible in 2019. In a complaint filed in May 2020, prosecutors said the 5-by-6-inch tablet is considered the property of the Iraqi government and should be returned. The arts and crafts company cooperated with the investigation.
DOJ: “Forfeiture is not enough. These arch-criminal hybrids of foxes and pigs knew that this was properly the property of the Iraqi government and they stole this tablet, this patrimony of the Iraqi people! They deserve the highest measure of social defense! The Department of Justice demands that these mad dogs be shot, every last one!”
James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
What are you saying was a mistake here? The Elgin Marbles?
To return the tablet to Iraq is to cast a pear to swine.
That's simple. Peaceful slavery is much preferred to dangerous freedom to the American public.
Hey Boomer!
Me too, I will turn 65 in September, if I live to see the birthday, which is expected as I am in reasonably good health etc.
It is difficult in that I know what I could do to help, if people woke up, if vision replaced fear.
It is difficult having read so much history, not that I could write a book mind you and correctly and effectively compare our demise with the fall of Rome or something, but because I really see where this ends, and I know when and how others in the past turned it back. I seriously think we passed a fail-safe point long ago.
It is difficult because all or at least too many of those who understand the philosophical basis behind 1776 and 1787, are sick, dying, or already with the Lord. How YOU feelin’ lately Junkie?
It is difficult because while you could teach some youngsters how the Constitution is supposed to work, there would never be enough of them, a critical mass who could carry through the reform. Are they even intellectually capable of handling the vocabulary? (Never mind the praxis.) These people who think that saying, “OK...Boomer!” is a substantive debate argument?
It is difficult in that while I understand the “3%” thing, it is an unacceptable oversimplification of a minor truth. Granting the point for the sake of argument, it becomes irrelevant as soon as you try to start counting Patriots among the youngsters. They are...(A tear comes to my eye, “Oh God, ...let me be wrong!) They are, as you said, “apes”, though you spoke of the leaders and I speak of their young supporters. 2 Peter 2:12
Sure hope they took detailed images of it, because it will be destroyed if our criminal government gives it to iraq.
Yup.🤔
The tablet was likely looted from a museum following our invasion of Iraq. If so, shouldn’t the U.S. government buy the object from Hobby Lobby and return it to Iraq?
Obviously, our DOJ and FBI do what they want, when it comes to transferring valuable and important material and items —

It will be on display in the DOJ Building while it is waiting to be shipped back to Iran.
I can’t go out and fight for anything.. I am past that in my life. But the fight inside me is still alive. I have commented this next, before... I go back to WWII. My family fought in that war and the freedoms they have today was paid for with great sacrifice..
They came off the ship and took a boat to Normandy’s shore. They didn’t hesitate.. they knew there was a more than fair chance to be killed as soon as they set foot on land.
Some were boys.. most were men with families back home.
They were told to run.. keep running.. do not stop to help a fellow soldier... keep running.. you can grab a gun if is on a dead soldier... but keep running...
I don’t know the percentages.. but the goal was to get as many on shore with the sacrifice of so many men. Today there would be a revolt... but the shores of Normandy was important ... win the war we did! My father landed on Normandy.. he did not talk about it for years. He tracked across France, wet and cold... sleep in a fox hole once in awhile...no shower...miserable...
Today those ungrateful generations that don’t care about much... have the privilege to live in freedom that was paid with blood... fathers, sons, brothers... who never came back.
Yes it irks me to see the ungrateful lot of younguns.
I raised 5.. 4 sons.. and all are grateful... all are patriotic citizens.. the 60s was a time when we lost 2 generations... Kids were raised to be rebels.. dumb. there is a lot of dumb.
today, we are feeling it. It’s evil against good... the devil and angels who went with him... against God. They attack all good... and let the guilty keep doing their destruction.
Yes, I am frustrated. When one sees truth and the other does not at all.. where is there any truce... there is none. As Rush used to say... you can’t deal with them... you have to destroy them.
And that is what is wrong. Just shake them all... they do not deserve the freedom that was paid for with the lives of men.. WWII, fathers, sons, brothers... gave that we might live free....
They scoff at that.. yes, we who belong to God.... know truth ..
People in Europe and South America pour out into the streets and make changes occur from time to time. In our Nation only the commie/liberals seem to do that. We were busy making a living for our own families, and for the deliberate jobless as well. We never voted malfunctioning representatives out of office, always content with the same old stupid faces.
I honestly don't feel like giving up without some kind of fight. There must be a way we can rally against those forces which undermine the Founding Principles that have been bought and paid for in blood so many times. We old farts have something our young ones don't seem to have: wisdom and knowledge. How do we force that back down their scrawny necks?
