why can't they can force you to do any work they damned well please?...

Go the next step... What’s to prevent them from telling an artist what can be painted, or a writer what can be written? I don’t think I’m being hyperbolic here, but if they can force you to convey certain thoughts on a website or a wedding cake, why not any medium at all?
