it is, and we will feel the ramifications of it in about April when these people don’t get the fat checked they count on to make big purchases with.
(for the record I don’t agree with this method of paying for things, but that is what people with poor budgeting do)
If they didn’t get all these freebies, they’d have to resort to stealing to get a bigger tv. Yeah, it is just another way of stealing.
