Typical leftist nonsense. Everyone in Cuba today, except the communist elite, are equally poor and miserable. However, long before the communists took over Cuba did have a culture which was integrated and much more color blind than many other countries. Cuban society before the communists took over already much less racism than many other societies at the time. And definitely less than that shown by the typical Democrat in the 1940s and 50s.
