that’s the shot (pun intended). Thanks for posting it. This is the photo that will get the innocent victim exonerated. This POS got what he was asking for.
You can’t say definitively, that he was going to pull the trigger. I think he was just being a show-boating a-hole. Can’t prove that, either. And that’s why it’s a horse race. Sgt. Perry is the one in position to have been in fear for his life, and he probably was. I’d call it a good shoot.
