I read it. “systemic” is collective, something any liberty-loving American would oppose. It is also an effort to enforce group-think. Racism and discrimination are individual characteristics and immoral in practice but so is liberal dishonesty and duplicity in their defense of CRT.
In a nutshell: “Systemic racism” means that the aggrieved groups must be allowed to destroy and replace the system as a whole. It means that the non-aggrieved groups must voluntarily become subjugated.
Whereas individual racism is a choice of the individual, and can be addressed by other members of society in their social interactions with the racist.
Individual racism empowers individuals to address the problem, whereas systemic requires the majority to bow down to their new overlords.
Systemic is a farce.
