Who could have seen bad things coming from letting many thousands of homeless camp out on public lands like parks?
Oh they are not just in parks. I was in LA yesterday. Right smack dab on the freeway in Hollywood. Homeless tents surrounding almost every overpass. They’re everywhere you look.
