Our intelligence agencies DO TAKE THE POSSIBILITY OF DOUBLE AGENTS INTO ACCOUNT, as well as the possibility of false information.
If that's the case, why would he not go to the FBI or CIA instead of the DIA? If he is a double agent he wouldn't be worried about either of these agencies being compromised by the CCP.

There is some question whether he is in US military possession. The CCP claims he is not. A high ranking Chinese dissident who fled after the Tiananmen square massacre claims the opposite: Dong Jingwei escaped with his daughter. Sooo....is the story correct?
