Driving goes down during Covid, but black traffic deaths go up?

Blacks disproportionately live in cities. Cities are Democrat run. Besides allowing riots and looting, city police have been told not to pursue criminals and especially to limit traffic stops.
Black neighborhoods need MORE law enforcement, not less.
BLM has also taught people to walk in the middle of the road.
I got a brand new car in December 2019, as of right now I have about 5800 miles on it, I just did not drive anywhere during the pandemic.
Looking forward to seeing how social workers will be handling these incidents.
