In that state you are no longer allowed to protect your property and/or yourself?

Neither will face jail-time, but will have to pay a collective fine of $2,750 and forfeit their guns to be destroyed. One gun was worthless, not sure about the other. Granted he's an attorney but he probably also hired one and could spend tens of thousands and if convicted of a felony would not be able to buy another gun.
They did what most people would do, not bankrupt themselves fighting city hall. Our Government and most judges are corrupt, you don't want to find yourself in this scenario and they know it.

Not necessarily so. Governor Parsons has promised a pardon. Missouri law does not allow a pardon until the case is decided. It is now been decided.

Pled guilty to misdemeanors and their weapons will be destroyed.
Considering what they were up against not being disbarred and retaining their right to possess firearms may have been the best they could hope for.....?

They’re only pleading to misdemeanors to get rid of the felony charges. No jail, fine only.
To: White Lives Matter
It was probably that or be litigated into bankruptcy.

He’s running for Senate. Swapped out his pink shirt for flannel and poses in front of or sits on a John Deere tractor even though he probably doesn’t know a thing about them.
