I am about to pull all my funds from Wells Fargo, they are Woke and I want nothing to do with them:

1) Covered the Statue of Kate Smite.
2) Their ATM's promote credit cards themed as "Choose you pride".
3) Their ATM's are now show adds discussing "Equity", as it apply to Critical Race Theory.
4) Look at their website and see their corporate values, diversity, global warming and all the other liberal nonsense.
5) Now they are canceling accounts, how is this legal?

There are no federal protections of political speech. Yes, the federal gov't cannot clamp down on political speech....that is in the US Constitution. But companies, banks, universities and internet providers can clamp down on political speech.

Minorities and LGBTQ are legally protected entities.

I would think it's not, if they can't come up with a non-political reason for it, but I'm not a lawyer. In order to sue I think he has to claim that he suffered some damages. D’Abrosca says he contacted his attorney. If he sues they will demand discovery, where they have to provide internal communications, to find out the reason for this.
