Does Chile permit proven treatment in early stages or as a prophylactic or have they decided hospitalization after the virus has taken hold is the only treatment allowed?

I have seen it reported that variants are 80% similar to/congruent with the original virus. T-cells (humoral immunity) are capable of recognizing the so-called variants in those recovered from CV19.
And yet the countries death numbers are have flat for nearly 4 months now.

Did a search. Looks like they were using HCQ up until mid 2020 when Lancet and the WHO came out against it. I didn’t find much of anything on Chile+Ivermectin.

The Chinese vaccine is pretty much useless (50% is about what natural exposure is at times).
Vid is an odd bug. I had a very mild case, but my neighbor on one side has major heart issues from it and across the street is a long hauler.
