Blue states? Never.
Red states will have to decide for themselves. Purple states will be Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. Their legislatures are red but they'll have to confront their urban areas. Atlanta in middle of Georgia for one.
It'll be interesting to see what happens. Red states could just leave just like the Republics left the collapsing Soviet Union. Similar scenario may be happening here.
