Or, have they, (Dems), been illegally installing themselves in office, via cheating, for years, or even decades?
The reason for this question is that there have been several occasions where some type of conservative measures will be put on the ballot, and they will pass, which would seem to indicate that there are still some sane people living in Cali. but then, the dem politicians will "win" most of their elected offices, in spite of them being completely against whatever conservative measure had passed? This doesn't make sense.
Also, there were massive rallies for President Trump, everywhere, all over the state, but, they called California for Biden, not even 30 seconds after the polls closed on election night? That doesn't add up either.
IMO, if an audit could be done, bet they would find that the cheating in California was on a massive scale, and that Donald Trump may have actually won it.

Being a Floridian up until 3 months ago, I will say that stuff costs a lot in Florida. Insurance is crazy there. Really crazy. Food prices are shocking. We just moved to TN. I love Florida, but there are down sides to consider.

Every time we think we’ve settled on a state, the state does something monumentally stupid, like pass a Medicaid expansion.
And with Deep State rigging elections, there is no such thing as a safe state any more.

Homeowners insurance is high due to hurricanes but is more than offset by lack of a state income tax. Taxes on my former house in Northern Virginia have risen to the point that my Florida real estate tax plus homeowners insurance are more than covered. I’m very glad we moved out of the DC area and regret having to go back to visit family.

A very beautiful state, but VERY EXPENSIVE to live in. The rich part is essentially an extension of New York City. Pre-pandemic many people commuted to work in the city and come home to sleep.
There was a time when CT did not have a state income tax, which made it a popular escape for highly taxed New York. That changed when pseudo-Republican Lowell Weicker gave the state its INCOME TAX in the 1990’s. Things have gone downhill ever since.
