It is his state. He’s got good lawyers. They have to figure it out. In the meantime he can be talking about how he opposes this going on in his state all over the place. He can ask Ron desantis what he would do.

What would the lawyers do beyond challenge biden? I doubt the cartel or people being trafficked care what they say as they are already breaking the law.

Has he not announced a disaster declaration? Talked about it? If you do a search, seems he has been talking about it...

LOL I agree asking DeSantis for advice, but with the sheer numbers of people being trafficked, I am not sure TX has the muscle power to stop the tsunami of trafficked people with an incomplete wall.

And they will continue to come as long as the biden policies that are enticing them to come remain in place.
