That is technically Election fraud, not voter fraud, if the ballots are fake. And in my thinking, election fraud is TREASON, vote fraud is a felony.
All we need is both crimes to be elevated to high level felonies with minimum 15 years in prison and confiscation of assets. Deterrents work, but only when the risk exceeds the reward. Make people ask “Is it worth losing everything if I get caught”.
