A Missouri man will spend seven years in prison after pleading guilty to punching a 12-year-old street performer in the head in an attack that was captured on Facebook Live and has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.
Cedric Charles Moore Jr., 27, of Cape Girardeau, was charged with second-degree assault and sentenced to the maximum seven years.
Police said in a Facebook post that the July 3, 2020 night attack in the city’s downtown was “completely unprovoked.” Video footage, captured by Fingerprint Urban Dance Studio instructor Micheal “Crank” Curry, shows a dark-colored sport utility vehicle coming to a stop as the dancers take turns performing near a downtown intersection. A man then exits the vehicle, approaches the 12-year-old dancer from behind and punches the juvenile in the head before running off.
“It was horrible,” Curry said at the time. “I was stunned.”
Curry said he initially wanted to go after his student’s attacker but backed off when he saw two others in the vehicle with the man. Bouncers at a nearby bar rushed out to help while Curry focused on his student. The boy was diagnosed with a concussion but has since been released from the hospital.
“Right now he is still dealing with dizziness and his nose hurts,” Curry said. “He is just trying to rebuild himself and recoup from what happened.”
Yeah, I doubt it will be seven. More like two or so. If that.

From what I understand, guys in prison do not like dudes who do shit to kids. This guy may have a pretty rough go of it. I sure hope so; he definitely deserves it.
This could be a racial attack and a smart DA would add that charge to see if they can keep the animal in jail for a good while.

Among prison blacks only pedophilia and snitching gets you heat. With other races other crimes will bring heat like rape, etc. Generally speaking, the races take care of their own problems within their racial group or they green light the person to be open to extortion or violence from other races. In other words, this savage won’t have issues in prison. Sucker punching a white juvenile is totally acceptable.

This story was local. The boy was ‘busking’ for a local dance group. They were videoing his performance which to me looked like he was making random twirls and spins to rap ‘music’. A car pulls up, stops, Brave Sir Frederick gets out and pretends to be dancing as he moves closer to the boy and then cold cocked from behind.
To me, the most interesting part of the story was a rush by some to justify Brave Sir Frederick’s actions. Within minutes, some were saying that ‘they had heard’ that the skinny white boy was bullying Frederick’s daughter at school and that we weren’t supposed to believe what our lying eyes saw on the video.
